At Forever Golden, we stand by the quality of our custom-fit permanent jewelry. However, we understand that occasional issues may arise. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have the following policy in place:
1. Free Replacement (Within 7 Days with Proof of Purchase)
If your jewelry falls off within 7 Days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We offer a free replacement in the event of a welding error. This is because if the original weld is not done properly, the jewelry will typically come off within this time frame.
2. 50% Off Replacement (Up to 3 Months)
After 7 days and up to 3 months post-purchase, if your jewelry falls off and is lost, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement piece with proof of original purchase.
3. Complimentary Rewelds
We always offer complimentary rewelds in-store if your jewelry gets caught on something and needs to be reattached. Simply visit our store, and we'll take care of it at no additional cost.
Please note, while our jewelry is designed to last, permanent jewelry does not mean indestructible. It’s important to care for your piece to ensure its longevity.
